Radfords on the Lake Cancellation Policy
Cancel with 24 hours notice or more and your booking will be refunded in full – for bookings from May 2020 until 31 October, 2020.
For bookings from 1 November 2020 through until the end of April 2021, there is a 28 day cancellation policy.
If you fail to arrive for your booking, the full tariff of your reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. Multi night stays that are cut short on arrival will be charged the full amount of reservation.
Please note; All cancellations must be in writing and confirmed by us.
Credit Card Security: Your credit card details will be taken to secure your booking.
Changes in reservation term: Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date will result in you being charged for the full reservation. We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period. All amendments to bookings or cancellations must be in writing and confirmed by us.
Smoking: This is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
General: All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
Free parking is available for guests vehicles while away on an overnight cruise or a walk/tramp. We also have parking available for guests boats, trailers or larger vehicles &
locked storage for motorbikes. We also have secure storage for your luggage. Just enquire at reception on check in.
Unfortunately things can go wrong when on holiday. You could fall ill, have an accident or have money or luggage stolen; your visit may need to be cancelled or cut short through injury or illness. It is our recommendation to guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves from these unforeseen circumstances.
